How do we make it easy for you?
PERMIT APPLICATIONS
Each municipality in Belgium has its own regulations concerning illuminated advertisements. It’s not always easy to find your way in there. Neopaul has extensive experience in obtaining the necessary [vergunningen] and knows the regulations and requirements for illuminated advertising in your municipality. We’ll get you the necessary permits.
LEASE YOUR LIGHT ADVERTISING
At Neopaul you can rent light advertising with a purchase option. The purchase option is a percentage of the investment amount. If you choose this formula, you spread the costs evenly and that has a positive effect on your cash position. You avoid an investment peak and consequently your credit limit at the bank remains unaffected. Renting a licht advertisement costs you a fixed amount per month or per quarter during an agreed contract period. We do not apply indexation. [Leasing] Creates clarity in recurring expenses. Moreover, your light advertising is insured and includes maintenance, cleaning and repair as well as an annual inspection of your illuminated advertising.
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
A maintenance contract extends the warranty period to 5 years. During this period we take care of your advertising and keep it looking like new. Neopaul maintains your light advertising and you avoid additional repair costs. After 5 years we offer you the option to have your signs inspected and cleaned at set times. Neopaul also offers maintenance on a quote basis.
PERIODICAL CLEANING
If you opt for periodic cleaning, your illuminated signs will always shine. You don’t have to look for it yourself. Our technicians visit you, check the functioning of your illuminated signs and clean them thoroughly. This extends the life of your illuminated signs and keeps your illuminated signs as new.
REMOTE MONITORING
With this monitoring Neopaul can remotely follow the state of your light advertisement in one or more locations. Neopaul can do this for you, but you can also get access to track your illuminated advertisement or all the light advertisements at the different branches. Monitoring is done via a web interface at any time.
RECYCLAGE
Neopaul is an environmentally conscious company. All illuminated signs we remove are dismantled and then sent for recycling. Neopaul carefully removes old illuminated signs; unforeseen damage is of course repaired.
